Mr. Cohen has authored articles for continuing legal education programs, and lectured on numerous legal matters over the past 50+ years.
Stephen B. Cohen has performed legal services for sports organizations, including representation of a National Governing Body in Arbitration, has filed for 501(c) (3) status, prepared the organizational documents for athletic organizations, participated in the merger of athletic organizations, and is currently a member of the Athletes Board of Review for United States of America Track and Field. Mr. Cohen remains an active participate in Masters Track and Field competition. is a member of the Executive Committee for USATF Masters, is chair of the USATF Masters Anti -Doping and
substance Abuse Committee, and is the USATF Masters Midwest Region Coordinator.
Mr. Cohen is listed in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law and has Twice been included in the Real Estate Section of the book entitled "The Top Lawyers in America". Mr. Cohen has worked with contractors and developers throughout the state of Indiana. His real estate practice includes the representation of parties in the sale and purchase of commercial properties, construction law developers and contractors, all aspects of residential real estate, and real estate litigation. Mr. Cohen is also a title agent for Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. in Indiana and several title companies in Illinois. Stephen B. Cohen attended Harvard College (A.B.), Vanderbilt (J.D.), and Cambridge University (Downing College) in England (L.L.M. in International Law and Diploma in International Law). Mr. Cohen is a Member of the Indiana Bar and Illinois Bar manages and supervises the activities in his Indiana office, has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubble in both Indiana and Illinois, Mr. Cohen has a lifetime connection with the State of Indiana and for many years practiced with his Father, Cecil B. Stephen B. Cohen will be honored with the 2018 US Speedskating President's Award at the US Speedskating Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony on June 1, 2018 in Milwaukee, WI. This Award recognizes Mr. Cohen's tremendous volunteer support of Speedskating in the U.S. over many years. US Speedskating has indicated ins appreciation for Mr. Cohen's dedication to the sport of Speedskating on Ice and is excited that Mr. Cohen is being recognized with the President's Award.

Cohen was a member of the President's Advisory Board of the United States International Speedskating Association (USISA), is a past-President of the Northbrook (IL) Speedskating Club, and is a past-President of the Board of Directors of the USISA Charitable Fund. Mr. Cohen was also inducted into the Northbrook (IL) Park District Hall of Fame for his volunteer efforts in behalf of the Northbrook Speedskating Club, the Northbrook Bicycle Club and the Northbrook Cycyle Committee. Mr. Cohen's three children, Debra, Aaron and Sabrina all skated for the Northbrook Speedskating Club.
